About “AMAKASU YASHIKI”
The Amakasu family in Ofuna was the largest landowner in Ofuna and was the feudal lord of Ofuna village.
In front of the main house is the Nagayamon gate, built in 1708. The garden garden and the 300 year-old main house, which are interwoven through the nagayamon gate, are a traditional Japanese residence with the atmosphere of those days still preserved.
The views from the windows of the rooms are various, The plants and trees in the school yard remind us of the changing seasons.
The environment where you can hear only birds chirping makes you forget the hustle and bustle of daily life, The sound of birdsong is the only sound that can be heard in this environment.

EATLO, where chefs from the community come and cook for you.
There are local chefs who use vegetables, seafood, and meat from the Shonan area and express their own thoughts and ideas about "food". You can see their cooking and serving style right in front of you and taste local food. Not only that, you can learn about the local food and lifestyle through interaction with the chefs. Meal “EATLO” must be booked separately. A fee (12% usage charge) will be charged.
